specially designed after our drummed asphalt melter, is a new product of high intelligence, good quality and environment protecting effect.11 patent technologies are applied on this truck with proven techniques and stable performance. The truck can be used not only for pavement maintenance with slurry seal or micro-surfacing technology, but also can be used for under sealing coat or bridge construction on high graded pavement. So far, the truck and the related slurry seal/micro surfacing technology has been applied in to use in 21 provinces on about 132 road with 361 projects. 2.Performance Feature
2.1. This paver makes fully use of the extra power of main engine of truck chassis. No auxiliary engine is designed on the truck..
2.2. High Intelligence: Introduced auto control techniques. The operator is only required to input paving thickness, width and proportion of mixtures, then the computer will figure out all working parameters and execute automatically.
2.3.No re-calibration work is needed for metering system: The auto-control technique is adopted and no re-calibration work is needed for metering system with the change of mix proportion.
2.4. Accuracy for measuring: imported monitoring and metering components with high precision are adopted in the aggregate, filler, water, asphalt and additives system, by which the construction quality can be ensured.
2.5. Qualified paving: 4 telescopic spreading screws are adopted in the spreading system. The rotary speed and direction can be adjustable during paving without segregation and no need for remixing, by which the paving quality can be ensured.
2.6. The paving width and thickness are adjustable: the paving width can be adjusted freely at any value between 2.4 and 4.2m; the paving thickness can be adjusted freely at any value from5 to 15mm to meet different construction requirements
2.7 This machine can be used in the slurry seal/micro surfacing road maintenance project and also the lower surfacing sealing of high class road and bridge surface treating.
2.8 Automatic warning device: The automatic warning devices are designed on the aggregate, water and asphalt system. Alarming or stopping will happened with the system automatically when any one kind of material is about to using out. It is safe and reliable.
2.9 Friendly interface: the main construction parameters can be set within the range and be monitored in the whole paving process;
